Alvaro Planchart Global Enterprise INC. — Pompano Beach, Florida.
Product Designer, 01/2011 to Present

Handle new product concept development, design, testing and modeling to support the manufacture of innovative eyewear.
Project Highlights:
  • Eyewear color clips: Led design engineering, prototyping and manufacturing of multiple product developments that included eyewear color clips, a patent pending invention that allows the wearer to change the color of the frame in less than one second, allowing to match the frame color with their outfit, mood, occasion or even their personality.
  • Flexible moldable eyewear: Designed a patent-pending eyewear that allows to self adjust to the shape of anyone's face. Employing innovative materials never used in the eyewear industry, the eyewear frame bends and twist to the contour of people's face. This invention minimize time and cost of having an optometrist fitting the eyewear to each individual face shape.
  • Royalties and licensing fees: My inventions led the company to potential multimillion dollar revenues in royalties and licensing fees that are currently being negotiated with the most important eyewear manufactures and distributors in the world.
