Please understand that because our eyewear and jewelry are handmade, no two pieces of them are identical. That being said, no two pairs of Alvaro Planchart eyewear or jewelry will be exactly alike. Product photos on this website should be used solely as a guide to what a product should look like, not as an exact representation. Some differences should be expected in each product’s construction as minor deviations are inherent to Alvaro Planchart’s handcrafted manufacturing process. But don't worry, Alvaro Planchart’s one-by-one product construction guarantees individual attention to detail and quality assurance in every pair of Alvaro Planchart Eyewear and Fine Jewelry to leave the shop.

Return Policy:

Returns on items purchased directly from Alvaro Planchart’s online shop are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of shipment. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for eligibility. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use. Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation with return or exchange written on it. No authorization needed for return as long as it is with in 30 days of shipment. Once received, your new exchange will ship with in 2-3 weeks or you will be issued a refund including a confirmation email of the cancellation of your order.

It is encouraged that you send your product by a traceable method. Alvaro Planchart Eyewear is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Products will be returned via USPS Economy service.

International Customs Charges:

Alvaro Planchart Eyeware & Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any actions taken by the chosen delivery service and/or customs on your package during delivery. Alvaro Planchart Eyeware has NO control over this. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Alvaro Planchart Eyeware has no way of knowing what these charges may be.


All claims must be submitted directly via the online Warranty Request Form. Do not return your Alvaro Planchart product to the store. Dealers are not authorized to provide warranty service on Alvaro Planchart’s eyewear and accessory products.

Alvaro Planchart Eyewear warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Alvaro Planchart Eyewear reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from an authorized Alvaro Planchart dealer to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, Alvaro Planchart Eyewear will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If a product is not considered defective (scratched lenses are not considered defective), Alvaro Planchart will repair the item at a reasonable charge.
